Creating Beautiful Moments at Home
Creating Beautiful Moments at Home is just as important as stocking the pantry or cleaning the bathrooms. As homemakers, we can get lost in all the chores. Come along for an impromptu tea time in the garden. Won’t you? I hope you enjoy today’s video.

The weather here in California seems to be spring-like although I know too well that it won’t last long. We tend to have a “fake” spring that can have you out-planning your garden a bit too soon. However, I decided to spend some time in my garden since it does feel like spring, so why not enjoy it while it lasts? I hope you take a moment to enjoy the video and that it inspires you to seek those beautiful moments in a day.
Today I am in the kitchen baking some banana bread for a little surprise tea in the garden for our reading time. I thought I’d bake this up really quick before I go pick up my daughter from her science lab.
It is such a beautiful day that it’s hard to want to stay inside which can be tricky because there is always so much work to do inside.
For now, let’s put the chores aside put this tea together, and spend some time creating a beautiful moment on an otherwise ordinary day. I decided to set up the tea on the grass directly in front of the now vacant garden beds. Although currently vacant, the scene is a lovely shade of bright green.
Seated with the sun against our backs we sat and enjoyed our tea, the weather, and our latest book.
Thank you for joining me for an impromptu tea in the garden. I hope you have enjoyed your time here.
Until next time,
